I am Rathin Kumar Bardhan, a passionate educator, author, and lifelong student of Commerce. With nearly three decades of teaching experience across various prestigious institutions, my mission is to simplify the complexities of Business Studies and Accountancy for students everywhere.

My Teaching Philosophy

In my classroom - whether physical or digital - my focus is never just on the "what". Memorizing facts and definitions is only half the battle. My focus is entirely on the "how".

How do these concepts apply in the real business world? How can we solve complex financial problems? By shifting the focus from "what" to "how", I empower my students to develop critical thinking skills that last a lifetime.

• Master of Commerce (M.Com) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from the University of North Bengal.
• Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers, ensuring global standards in my pedagogical approach.
• Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, and Labour Welfare, bringing practical management insights into the classroom.

28+ Years of Educational Leadership

I have had the privilege of shaping young minds for over 28 years. My journey has spanned various roles, including PGT (Commerce), Academic Coordinator, and Lecturer at esteemed institutions such as DAV School, Siliguri, Vikas Vidyalaya (Ranchi), Campion International School (Siliguri), and IGNOU. Currently, I serve as a PGT (Business Studies) at Grizzly Vidyalaya, Koderma. My early administrative experience as an Accountant also allows me to bring practical, hands-on financial knowledge directly to my students.

Beyond the classroom, I am deeply committed to the broader academic community:

• Published Author: I have authored two academic books: "Evaluation and Guidance in Education" and "Accounting Theory".
• Research and Seminars: I actively engage in academic research, having presented papers on critical economic topics - including Corporate Social Responsibility, Working Capital Management, and the impacts of the Financial Crisis - at various UGC-sponsored and national seminars across India.
